Charity Ball Faq

Will parking be available?
Yes.

What should I wear?
Black tie optional, which means most men will be wearing tuxedos and most women will be wearing cocktail dresses or evening gowns. However, any formal dress that you wish to wear is acceptable.

Are there babysitting services?
Sorry, no babysitting service will be provided.

Will there be paper tickets?
Paper tickets will not be issued. When you arrive at the Westin Hotel Tokyo, please go to the ACCJ Charity Ball reception table to check in.

Do I have to accompany my guests to the ball?
No, your guests are welcome to arrive on their own and our staff will assist them in locating your table.
