ACCJ 2010 Charity Ball
"Moonlight Matsuri"

The Annual ACCJ Charity Ball promises to be a very special evening filled with many magical and exciting moments. We are also providing you and your company with an opportunity to make a charitable contribution that will afford many less fortunate with some much needed magic as well.

Last year, ACCJ sponsoring companies and Ball attendees contributed in excess of 8 million yen to worthy Japan-based organizations, making a real difference to the lives of the less fortunate.

This year, we have an ambitious goal of 6 million yen.

We would like to an extend a sincere thank you in advance to all of you who are able to extend help in our effort to make this an event in which we can all take pride.

We will be donating all financial contributions in excess of operating costs to the following three charities operating in Japan:

We invite you to support our efforts by participating as a corporate sponsor. Attached is a detailed explanation of the sponsorship levels available. Based on our prior experience, we suggest two ways for your firm to support this important effort: via a financial contribution, or by providing prizes which will be raffled off or presented as "auction" items. As always, we are more than happy to discuss the specific details of your support with you at any time.
