Will parking be available?
Parking space will be available at the Hilton Tokyo Shinjuku. However, we strongly recommend that all attendees take a taxi  to enjoy the carefully selected spirits served throughout the evening.

Are there babysitting services?
Sorry, no babysitting service will be provided.

Will there be paper tickets?
Paper tickets will not be issued. When you arrive at the Hilton Tokyo Shinjuku go to the reception table on the 4F level to check in.

Do I have to accompany my guests to the ball?
No, your guests are welcome to arrive on their own and our staff will assist them in locating your table.
